As part of these celebrations we would like to display a collage of photos from the last 50 years. If you or any friends or family have photos that you feel would be relevant, we would love to have (or borrow) them. Please find below several options for getting your photos to us. · Send in a physical photo and we will scan it and return it to you in a few days. · Scan a photo and email it to us at stjosephskwood@parra.catholic.edu.au . · If you have a digital photo you can email it to us at stjosephskwood@parra.catholic.edu.au . When submitting photos, could you please let us know the rough date that it was taken. It would be appreciated if photos could be submitted to school by Friday 28th June. If you would like your photo returned to you, please be sure to include your return details with the photo. Thank you for any help that you can offer. |

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE VOTE FOR YOUR ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT
Voting for the proposed enterprise agreements for teachers and principals for 2013 will now open at 8am on Friday 5 April 2013 and close at 5pm on Monday 15 April 2013. All other information about the vote will remain the same.
As previously advised
The ballot will be conducted electronically, over the internet, by the Australian Election Company (AEC) (a neutral third party);
The AEC will email to you instructions on how to vote over the internet on 5 April 2013. These instructions will contain your PIN and Password which will enable you to vote over the internet;
- If we do not have your email address the AEC will post to you your PIN, password and instructions on how to vote over the internet;
- If you do not receive an email containing voting instructions on 5 April 2013 or your PIN and Password via post shortly thereafter you must contact the CEDP immediately on 02 9840 5641.
It is imperative that you cast your vote before 5pm on Monday 15 April 2013 to ensure your vote counts and that you receive the wage increase proposed by the enterprise agreement.
